Broadway Search for a Supermodel!

  1. To enter this competition, participants must submit a complete Participation Form including the official and a recent full length photograph.
  2. The official Participation Form can be downloaded from here or collected from Centre Management Broadway on the Mall level 2, 170 Queen St.
  3. Applications are open from 9am (Queensland time) Tuesday 26 March, 2013 and closes at 5 pm (Queensland time) on 14th April, 2013.
  4. To enter, complete the Participation Form and send it (along with a recent full length photograph) to win@broadwayonthemall.com or bring it with you to Broadway on the Mall centre Management, level 2, 170 Queen St, from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
  5. Entry is only open to QLD residents.
  6. By submitting an entry you accept these terms and conditions.
  7. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.
  8. Applications must include a recent profiling photo (full length photograph: limit 600kb, jpeg). Pictures become property of Broadway on the Mall and will not be returned.
  9. Selection of winner will take place at Broadway on the Mall Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 on Friday 19 April 2013 at 5pm.
  10. A shortlist of competitors will be required to be available for fittings and styling by appointment between Tuesday 16 April 2013 and Friday 2013, as well as agreeing to participate in a fashion parade on Friday 19 April 2013 as a part of the competition’s final judging criteria.

  • Must be aged between 16 and 21 years. If under 18 years of age parents or guardian signature is required
  • Must not be a professional model
  • May be male or female
  • Must not be employees and or immediate families of Broadway on the Mall, retailers and their immediate families and agencies associated.
  1. A shortlist of competitors, the finalist and the winner will be chosen by our judges, according to our judges’ views of merit. Our judges will be officers of Vivien’s Model Management and Centre management of Broadway on the Mall.
  2. Shortlisted competitors will be contacted on the phone number and/or email address provided on the entry form. The promoter takes no responsibility for incorrect contact details being provided.
  3. Broadway on the Mall will not accept responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected entries or entries not properly completed or displayed.
  4. Shortlisted competitors must provide a probe of identity.
  5. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. You as a participant grant Broadway on the Mall, associates and related entities the non-exclusive right worldwide to:
  • Publish your name if you are short-listed as a finalist or as a winner; and
  • Use all or part of the material submitted with your entry, use images including the photographs of you in the final event, for advertising, marketing or promotional campaigns.
  1. You consent to the material submitted with your entry, including the photographs of you, being used as above both with or without any identification of you, attribution of authorship or other recognition of moral rights.

  1. Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  2. If any prize is unavailable, the promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. All prizes offered by the Promoter are in good faith and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash
  3. Any prizes that have not been claimed and collected by 5pm on Friday 10 May 2013 will be pass it on the contestant with the second highest scored given by the panel of judges.
  4. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming any prize / voucher is not included. Any unused balance of any prize / voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of any voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher.

This February Snap your wish to Win!

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period (11 – 28 February, 2013), enter through the "Snap & Win" application on the Facebook Platform. Entrants can locate the “Snap & Win” application on the “Snap & Win” tab on the Broadway on the Mall Facebook page: (www.facebook.com/broadwayonthemall).

To participate, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period :

  • Take a photo of their chosen item from any Broadway on the Mall store.
  • Like Broadway on the Mall’s Facebook page, post the photo on “Snap & Win” application, and share it amongst their friends.
  • Get all their friends to vote on their photo.
  • The photo with the most votes wins.

1.The submission on photo’s unlimited so participants can upload as many photos as they like, however votes are limited to 1 vote per day per voter.

2. Retailers reserve the right to refuse photography of their products or within their store. Ensure permission is gained prior to any photography being done.

3. Participation in this competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to refuse prize redemption to any entrant that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

4. Entry is only open to QLD residents. Employees and their immediate families of Broadway on the Mall, retailers and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

5.The Promotion Period commences 9am (Queensland time) on 11 February, 2013 and closes at 23.59 pm (Queensland time) on 28 February, 2013 (“Promotional Period”).

7. If any of the prize components is unavailable, the promoter will place an order to the supplier (Gillett’s Jewellers) with up to 10 days delivery. If this time is not achievable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. All prizes offered by the Promoter are in good faith and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

8. Broadway on the Mall will not accept responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected entries or entries not properly completed or displayed.

10. Any prizes that have not been claimed and collected by 5pm on Friday 29 March 2013 will be redrawn on Tuesday 2 April 2013 at 10am.  In the case of a dispute or challenge, the decision of Centre Management will be final. No correspondence will be entered into

Entry boxes will be located in fashion stores and an entry barrel will be located on ground level of Broadway on the Mall. One (1) entry can be made for each $40 spent in Broadway on the Mall. Transactions must be a minimum of $40 and only one entry permitted per $40 spend.
  2. There is a limit of maximum 5 entry forms per person per day.

'Create your trend' Facebook application

  1. To enter this promotion, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period, “create a trend” on the Broadway on the Mall Facebook application (facebook.com/broadwayonthemall), name their trend and submit it to the ‘trend gallery’. Trend names that are deemed inappropriate or offensive will be removed and the entry will be disqualified. This is at the discretion of Broadway on the Mall Centre Management.
  2. Entrants must accept these terms and conditions in order to be eligible to enter. The promoter reserves the right to refuse prize redemption to any entrant that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  3. Entry is only open to QLD residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of Broadway on the Mall, Broadway on the Mall retailers (and their immediate families) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  4. Prize winners under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian to claim the prize on their behalf upon presentation of identification.
  5. The Promotion Period commences 11.59am (Queensland time) on 12/03/12 and closes at 11.59pm (Queensland time) on 11/04/12 (“Promotional Period”). 
  6. Total prize pool value is AUD $3500. There will be a total of eight (8) prizes as outlined below:
  • First prize: $2000 worth of vouchers from Broadway on the Mall retailers (maximum of 6 different retailer vouchers).
  • 2 x runner up prizes: $500 worth of vouchers from Broadway on the Mall retailers (maximum of 2 different retailer vouchers)
  • 5 x voters’ prizes: $100 voucher from Broadway on the Mall retailer

Winner and runner up prizes will be awarded to entrants with the three (3) highest number of votes as per the Facebook application.

  1. Voter’s prizes will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. This draw will take place at Centre Management, Broadway on the Mall, 170 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 on 12/4/12 at 2pm.

'Track down the Broadway trendsetter' Autumn winter launch night promotion

  1. To enter this promotion, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period, use the clues supplied on the Broadway on the Mall Facebook page (facebook.com/broadwayonthemall) to find the ‘Broadway trendsetter’ within Broadway on the Mall, 170 Queen Street, Brisbane. A ‘clue’ is a photo posted on the Facebook wall. Each photo will show the identity of the ‘Broadway trendsetter’ and their location.  The winners will be the first person to find the ‘Broadway trendsetter’, as shown in the photo posts, in each location, approach the ‘Broadway trendsetter’ and claim their prize.
  2. Entrants must accept these terms and conditions in order to be eligible to enter. The promoter reserves the right to refuse prize redemption to any entrant that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
