Broadway Bucks

1. Customers must spend a minimum of $5 in a single transaction at any participating Broadway on the Mall food retailer and present their ‘Broadway Bucks’ coupon in order to receive a $2 discount.

2. Participating retailers include:

3. Only one (1) voucher may be redeemed per purchase.

4. The Promotion Period commences on 6/2/2012 and closes on 20/2/12, or the earlier of 4000 redemptions having been made.

5. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; death; any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); or any tax liability incurred by a winner whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
